Representing individuals, corporations, bankruptcy trustees and county governments as plaintiffs and public companies as defendants, Jim Evangelista has over thirty four years of diverse, hands-on, complex financial fraud, commercial and class action litigation experience in federal and state courts around the United States. Prior to focusing his practice on plaintiffs' causes, Jim represented corporate clients as defendants for over 12 years in high-profile class action litigation, commercial litigation and internal investigation matters at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP and Leboeuf Lamb Green & MacRae LLP. As a plaintiff's class action attorney, Jim has been appointed to numerous leadership positions in a wide variety of complex consumer class actions, securities fraud litigation and shareholder derivative matters.
Jim has been a delegate to two Democratic National Conventions, General Counsel to the National Horse Shows Association of America, a board member of several homeowners associations, and Secretary & Trustee to the Springmont School (f/k/a First Montessori School of Atlanta).

David Worley has over 37 years of experience in complex civil trial and appellate litigation, with substantial experience in securities, data breach and other consumer class action litigation, and many years representing trustees of union pension funds and international and local unions. He also represented county governments throughout Georgia and in other jurisdictions in a variety of litigation, as well as bankruptcy trustees and other corporate stakeholders.
Worley has served as Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of both the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association, and as Co-Chair of the Federal Legislative Developments Committee of the American Bar Association's Committee on Labor and Employment Law. He was a contributing editor to The Fair Labor Standards Act (BNA, 2000) and Discipline and Discharge in Arbitration (BNA, 1998) and has lectured on litigation and arbitration topics at numerous continuing legal education seminars. For many years he was a member of the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee.
From 1998 to 2001, Worley served as Chairman of the Democratic Party of Georgia. He is a former Democratic nominee for the United States Congress, has been a Member of the Democratic National Committee and a delegate to seven Democratic National Conventions. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Clayton State University Foundation, the Clayton County Library System, Clayton County Aging Program, the Fayette District Committee of the Boy Scouts of America and as a member of the Georgia State Election Board.

Alan Perry has over 40 years experience in handling complex securities matters (litigation and arbitration) as well as other litigation matters. Among other things, he participated in the prosecution of securities class actions, including the Oxford Health Plans securities fraud class action that resulted in a $300 million recovery for investors. Alan has served as lead or co-lead counsel in approximately a dozen jury trials and arbitrations and has argued numerous appeals. He has appeared in federal court cases in Atlanta, San Francisco, Minneapolis, New York, Houston and Chicago, among others. His diverse Georgia state court practice has taken him from Valdosta and Columbus, Greensboro, Conyers and Ellijay, to courts in each of the five Atlanta metropolitan-area counties.

Stephanie has been a para-professional, both part-time and full time, since 2017 when she served as a legal intern at GreenLaw in Atlanta, GA, a 501(c)(3) devoted to environmental litigation causes. She served as a law clerk to the Firm from 2018 through 2022 and became a paralegal in 2023. Stephanie earned her Paralegal Certification in 2025 from the University of Georgia.
