Commenting on the “favorable” $25 million settlement, the Hon. Nathaniel M. Co-lead counsel in class action for improper account termination fees. $26 million valued settlement.  Eaves, et al. v. Earthlink, Case No. 05-CV-97274 (GA Superior, Fulton Cty).

Co-lead counsel. $23.25 million settlement in securities fraud class action.  In Re: Cryolife Sec. Litig., No. 1:02-CV-01868 (N.D. Ga.).

Liaison counsel in securities fraud class action.  $23 million settlement.  Plymouth County Retirement Systems v. Carter’s, Inc. et al., No. 08-CV- 2940-AT (N.D. Ga.).

Co-lead counsel in consumer class action alleging fraudulent sale of used mattresses. Settlement valued at $15 million.   Dennis et al v. Good Deal Charlies, Inc., No. 20-cv-295 (N.D. Ok.).

Represented several large companies in connection with antitrust settlement opt-out litigation.  In re Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Litig., No. 1:14-md-01720-MKB-JO (E.D.N.Y.).

Represented county governments in the Atlanta, Georgia, Chicago, Illinois, and Washinngton, D.C. metro areas relating to discriminatory mortgage lending against minority borrowers.  Favorable, albeit confidential, settlement against major banking institution.

Numerous recoveries for whistleblower/relators and wrongful termination claims in a variety of whistleblwoer and False Claims Act matters.
